Try before you pay

Paid plans start with a free trial; the length is shown at signup (currently 14 days for Goalito). You can use the full product before any charge, and you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.

Refunds

All purchases are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, on our website. If you are not satisfied, reply to your Paddle receipt within 14 days of a charge (including a renewal charge) and you will receive a full refund of that charge. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have statutory withdrawal rights that this policy does not limit.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate partial periods outside the 14-day window above.

Lifetime purchases

One-time lifetime purchases follow the same rule: a full refund within 14 days of the charge.

If we ever discontinue an app

If we ever shut down an app, we will give at least 30 days' notice, stop all renewals so no one is charged past the shutdown date, refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period, and refund lifetime purchases pro-rata (treated as 36 months of service from the purchase date). You will also have at least 30 days to request an export of your data. Details are in our Terms of Service.
